WOW! What an amazing experience to work with these two professionals who happen to be great people besides! They knew what I needed and that I was on a tight budget. So, being in tune with the market, Dena called me about a house that was not yet listed. I was able to buy it quickly, before the bidding war began. I had to close within a month and no one would be able to pull that off other than Dena and Dave who work closely with a great mortgage broker who also pulled out all the stops. They kept me well informed at each step and provided lots of tips that come from years of experience and lots of contacts. They arranged every detail down to making minor repairs needed on my place. I am happy here, enjoying nesting and all thanks for Dean and Dave!

Incredible job getting me in to my new home. I had been searching for a place to buy for 4 years with no luck. Within 2 days of looking at houses she found the perfect place for me! Extremely thorough and aggressive keeping escrow on track, particularly in my case as the lender did not seem motivated to close on time. If I ever need a realtor again, I'm going with Carrie. Do yourself a favor and do the same!

Lani is the best. I live in California and wanted to move to Prescott Valley and Lani helped me to find the perfect house without ever having to go to Arizona in person (was unable to take that much time off work). She would walk through the home with me on Facetime so I could see the house and she would answer all my questions. When I found the perfect house she made the offer and got the house. Living in California, I thought I was going to have to make a bunch of trips to Arizona to purchase but she made the whole process very easy and was always there for me to answer any and all questions.
